Information we process

Accounts support email and password, or a phone number and SMS verification code. A new number registers an account after its first successful verification; setting a password afterwards is optional. Existing email accounts can bind a verified phone number while keeping their original orders. Separate accounts are not automatically merged. The server stores salted password hashes, verified phone bindings and login session records, rather than plaintext passwords.

Bookings and orders include the owner and order contact, phone numbers, service address, appointment dates, items and installation instructions, and site images or drawings you choose to upload. Uploads process the selected file name, type, size and contents; the app does not automatically read your entire photo library or other files. You may save addresses and booking drafts. Order messages, quotes, progress, and payment/refund status are also used to manage the service.

Local storage and open-source components

The app securely stores sign-in session credentials and language preferences on your device to remember your sign-in and language choice. The current Android version uses Flutter and open-source components including http, file_picker, url_launcher and flutter_secure_storage. http sends necessary requests to our service API; file_picker opens the system file picker when you choose an attachment; flutter_secure_storage stores local sessions and preferences; url_launcher opens an external page or app that you choose.

Using these components does not automatically send account or order data to their authors. The current Android version does not include advertising SDKs or a TNG wallet SDK.

Purpose and access

Information is used for sign-in, quotes, booking, fulfilment, after-sales service, and preventing duplicate or unauthorized actions. Ownership and authorization checks protect orders and private attachments. You and authorized operations staff can access them within their permissions. Service contact details are shared with personnel involved in that order when needed for fulfilment.

The server processes request IP addresses to limit sign-in, registration and account-security requests. Do not upload identity documents, bank card photos or sensitive information unrelated to installation.

Phone numbers and SMS verification

When SMS is available and you request a code, our backend uses Twilio Verify to send and check it. Sending supplies your international-format phone number, SMS channel and message language; checking supplies the verification reference and code you enter. Twilio and telecommunications operators handle the necessary number, message and verification status, potentially outside your region. Orders, addresses, attachments and email addresses are not supplied to Twilio for this purpose.

The app does not read SMS messages, call logs, phone contacts or the device phone number. You enter the number and code manually. Codes are used only for the selected sign-in, phone binding, password setting or reset, or deletion action and are not written to our business database; the backend keeps necessary verification status and security rate-limit records. Twilio credentials stay on the server. Unconfigured SMS does not send messages or use fixed or simulated codes to sign in. Third-party verification records follow the provider rules.

Payment and notification services

When online payment is available, the configured payment provider processes it. The app does not collect full bank card details. The server processes transaction identifiers, amounts, currencies and payment/refund status linked to orders. This page does not establish that payment is enabled or merchant approval is complete.

In-app messages show order progress. The order contact number and relevant order updates are used for WhatsApp only when you opt in and that service is configured. Third-party messages already sent and payment records are handled by their respective providers under their rules and are not automatically recalled when you delete your app account.

External services you choose to open

When you choose to open an external page or WhatsApp support, the browser or WhatsApp service handles request IP addresses, links and messages you send under its own privacy policy. The app support link may prefill a fixed enquiry message, but it does not automatically include your account, order or attachments. Contacting support is separate from opting in to automatic WhatsApp order updates.

If new payment or notification services are enabled in future, we will update this policy and the relevant lists to describe the information actually processed. This page does not mean that TNG or other live payment services are enabled.

Managing and deleting information

You can manage saved addresses in the app. Account information and service records are kept for the purposes above while the account remains active. Once all orders are closed, verify an email and password or an SMS code for the bound phone number to delete the account in Profile → Delete account or on this website. Public SMS deletion does not require installing the app or signing in first. If SMS is unavailable, email accounts can still use email and password; phone-only accounts can request assistance using the contact details here. An online request is completed immediately once identity verification and deletion conditions are satisfied; processing does not exceed 15 working days. Deletion anonymizes the account and order contacts, and removes phone bindings, saved addresses, drafts, attachments, order messages, related notifications and login sessions.

Deletion cannot be undone. If orders remain open, the server immediately declines the request and explains why; it is not recorded as an accepted pending request. Use the contact details on this page for help resolving the orders, then apply again. Transaction records without personal information remain. Third-party payment and message records require separate handling under merchant and provider retention rules. Specific rules and periods still require operational confirmation; this policy does not promise an unconfirmed uniform retention period.
