No app installation required

Verify using your account email and current password, or an SMS code for the bound phone number, then delete the account here. No sign-in is required; simply visiting this page does not delete your account. If SMS is unavailable, email deletion remains available; phone-only accounts can request help using the contact details below.

Deletion cannot be undone. The server rejects accounts with open orders; resolve those orders in Profile → My orders in the app first. Deletion anonymizes the account and service contacts, and removes addresses, drafts, attachments, messages, notifications and login sessions. Transaction records without personal information remain. Third-party payment and message records follow merchant and provider rules.

Processing time and open orders

An online request is completed immediately once identity verification and deletion conditions are satisfied; processing does not exceed 15 working days. Open orders cause an immediate refusal with an explanation, rather than a pending request. Use the contact details below for help resolving the orders, then apply again.

Enter the phone number bound to the account, including the international prefix, such as +60123456789. This code is for deletion only and does not register an account or sign you in. Enter it manually; this page does not read SMS messages.

This page verifies identity for this deletion only and does not persist your email, password, phone number, code or verification credentials in the browser. Server-side Twilio Verify handles SMS, without receiving your orders, addresses or attachments.
